About Me

My name is Christie Assell and I am a Kindergarten teacher as well as an avid crafter. I have always loved to do arts and crafts at home and have taken that to the classroom as a teacher, as well as in my after school creative art class. I also love to do crafts with my 21 month old daughter, Lilly. I noticed that there were many opportunities for kids to explore the arts in the Greater Burlington area, but not as much closer to Richmond. This made me realize that I had an opportunity to bring the love of the arts to our hometown and let kids explore and create in their community. I hope to have kids enjoy arts and crafts and be able to freely explore their creative side and have fun!
